PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation, n.2016/679 (GDPR), the Data Controller informs that your personal data are processed in compliance with principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency for information and pre-contractual purposes requested by you (by way of example: requests for information , obtain offers and quotes, receive benefits and offers).
In the event of a contract being established, you may also ask us to register in the reserved area of our site to obtain other specific information such as price lists, manuals, catalogues, etc.
The data you provide may be processed, only with your explicit consent, to send you communications of a commercial/promotional nature.
Personal Data will be processed for statistical analysis and direct marketing purposes, anonymously, as better specified in the cookie policy. These are therefore legitimate and necessary treatments to ensure a service that meets your expectations.
Personal Data will be stored for the entire duration of the services requested by you or for longer periods only if required by law. At any time, you can exercise the rights provided for in articles 15-22 of the GDPR using the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document.
USER RIGHTS
Users are granted the rights referred to in the articles. 15 ff. of the EU Regulation, n. 2016/679 and in particular to ask the Data Controller to:

  • revoke your consent at any time. The User can revoke the previously expressed consent to the processing of his Personal Data.

  • object to the processing of their Data. The User can object to the processing of their Personal Data when it occurs on a legal basis other than consent. Further details on the right to object are set out in the section below.

  • access their Data. The User has the right to obtain information on how their Personal Data is processed and to receive a copy of the same.

  • verify and request rectification. The User can verify the correctness of their Personal Data and request its updating or correction.

  • obtain the limitation of treatment. If certain conditions apply, the User may request the limitation of thetreatment of your Personal Data. In this case, the Owner will not process them for any purpose other than their conservation.

  • obtain the cancellation or removal of your Personal Dataonals. If certain conditions apply, the User can request the deletion of his Personal Data from the Owner.

  • receive your Data or have it transferred to another owner. The User has the right to receive his Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to obtain its transfer without obstacles to another owner. This provision is applicable when Personal Data is managed with automated tools and their processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract of which the User is a party or on contractual measures connected to it.

  • lodge a complaint. The User may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority if he believes his rights have been violated. The above requests must be sent via email to the Data Controller's contact address indicated in this document.

STORAGE PERIOD
The data are processed and stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In particular:
– when the processing is based on the user's consent, the Data Controller may retain personal data for longer (unless such consent is revoked), up to a maximum of 10 years;
– in case of establishment of a contract, the data will be kept for 10 years from termination.
